As a Conveyancing Lawyer at Vincy Wong & Co, you'll be responsible for handling the legal aspects of property transactions, from drafting and reviewing contracts to ensuring compliance with Indonesian property law. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting and reviewing property contracts, agreements, and related legal documents
• Conducting title searches and ensuring title clarity for property transactions
• Assisting clients with due diligence processes and property inspections
• Providing legal advice on property-related matters, including zoning, land use, and environmental laws
• Collaborating with developers, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian property laws and regulations
• Managing case files and maintaining accurate records of property transactions
• Representing clients in legal proceedings related to property disputes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing or property law
• Professional certification as a Lawyer (Advokat) in Indonesia
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with legal software such as CaseMap, LexisNexis, or similar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
