CV Surya Pilar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Captain to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our operations and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Oversee the staff and coordinate their tasks to meet service standards,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in training and developing new staff members,Keep accurate records of daily operations and staff performance,Participate in shift meetings and contribute to team discussions,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cleaning procedures,Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid ID and work permit for Bali,Previous experience in a similar role in Canggu or Bali is a plus
