📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using SAP and other planning tools.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate production plans with other business functions.
• Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff on production planning and analysis techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and analysis.
• Proficient in using SAP and AutoCAD for production planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
