📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and fabricate high-quality ducting systems using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Install ducting systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of ducting systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contribute to the company's growth.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget, adhering to project timelines and financial constraints.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC ducting fabrication and installation.
• Proven experience with industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Certifications in HVAC ducting fabrication and installation, such as Certified Air Systems Contractor (CASC) or similar, are a plus.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards in Bali is a plus.
