📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently,Handle cash and card transactions securely and promptly,Maintain a clean and organized cash register,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints,Keep track of inventory levels and restock as needed,Assist with opening and closing procedures,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment,Uphold company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (office and remote),Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs
