📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs using Moodle and other learning management systems
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities
• Analyze learning and development data to inform strategic decisions
• Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional growth of team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or organizational development
• Certification in instructional design, training and development, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
