📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist optometrists in performing comprehensive eye exams, including refraction tests using Topcon KR-8000 and CT-8000.
• Maintain and organize eyewear inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
• Assist in the preparation and sterilization of eye care equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure high-quality eye care services.
• Assist in the administration of eye care records and patient information.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an optometric or eye care setting.
• Basic knowledge of eye care terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with eyewear inventory management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
