📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations.,Oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.,Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering engineering projects.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
