📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and workshops.,Support the learning and development team in delivering training sessions and workshops.,Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Provide administrative support to the learning and development team.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the learning and development team in the development of training materials and resources.,Assist in the coordination of training events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about education and committed to helping others grow and develop.
