📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.,Prepare and stock ingredients, utensils, and equipment for daily operations.,Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen inventory and cost control activities.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
