Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to the Department Head and contributing to organizational goals,Conducting performance reviews and appraisals,Managing departmental budgets and resources,Fostering a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of successful team management,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in budget management and resource allocation,Fluency in Indonesian and English
