Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct performance reviews and manage employee feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's goals by fostering a positive and productive work culture.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
