📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to security incidents, accidents, or emergencies, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports, access logs, and security audits.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and protocols.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety.,Work closely with law enforcement agencies, if necessary, to investigate and resolve security-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security clearance or certification, such as a Security Supervisor or equivalent.,Proficiency in using security equipment, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarms.,Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws, such as GDPR or PDPII.
