📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
• Organize and conduct workshops, trainings, and consultations to improve workplace relations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor and analyze workplace data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Resolve conflicts and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management on workplace issues and improvements.
• Represent the company at labor union negotiations and other related activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Certification in conflict resolution or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
