📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.,Monitor sales and profitability, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
