Berjaya Stainless Steel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Magetan, Jawa Timur. As the Lead Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Provide expert advice and technical support to customers regarding stainless steel products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report sales performance, and provide regular updates to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the stainless steel industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of stainless steel products.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
