📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods and tools.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
