📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design programs to address those needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee performance.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and business environment is a plus.
