📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain machinery to ensure efficient production processes.,Monitor and control production parameters to meet quality standards.,Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery.,Ensure safety protocols are followed in the workplace.,Report any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.,Assist in training new staff on machinery operation and maintenance.,Work with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance is a must.,Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
