📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia as needed.
