PT Ekspresi Wardhana is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. This is a remote position, but you will be required to work with our team in Gianyar, Bali. If you have a passion for cooking and a desire to create delicious meals, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Train and supervise kitchen staff,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Valid food handling and safety certification
