📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating effective job descriptions.,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating job applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Understanding of the local job market and industry trends in Maros.
