📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food and service quality.
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
