📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payments,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Prepare and review financial statements and budgets,Supervise and mentor junior accountants,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia
