📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of department heads, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of departmental objectives.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into departmental strategies.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
