We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Group Accountant to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close, quarterly and annual financial statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including cost optimization, financial planning, and risk management.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or finance role, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
