📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.
Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.
Manage vendor invoices, payments, and accounts payable.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in CPA (preferred but not required).
