🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar.
