📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding royalties for artists and rights holders.
• Negotiate with artists, rights holders, and third parties to resolve disputes and recover unpaid royalties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, rights holders, and third parties.
• Use data management tools to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Monitor and analyze royalty collections data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of royalty collections.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in music royalties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent data management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with music royalty software, such as SoundExchange, ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
