📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Socomec products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
• Monitor and improve customer service metrics and KPIs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
