• Maintain and update accounts payable records and databases using SAP or similar financial software.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports to the finance team.
• Monitor payment deadlines and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely settlements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to budgetary controls and financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliation statements and other financial documents.
• Provide support to the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes.

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
