Djaja Indonesia Liputan is seeking 3 Freelance Event Organizers (Project Managers & Crew) to assist in executing a high-profile seminar/meeting in Semarang at the Semarang Convention Center. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a significant event and gain hands-on experience in event planning and management.

As a Freelance Event Organizer, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the event, from initial planning to execution. You will work closely with the client to understand their vision and requirements, and then develop a comprehensive plan to bring it to life. Your role will involve managing a team of event staff, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing high-profile seminars and meetings.
• Manage a team of event staff, including coordinators, vendors, and volunteers.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Develop and implement event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle logistical arrangements, including transportation and accommodation.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and attendees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
