📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax returns for the company.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial advice and support to business units as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle Financialis is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
