📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage a team of accountants and provide guidance and support.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.
- Manage vendor invoices, payments, and accounts payable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial data for decision-making.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in CPA (preferred but not required).
