📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct farm visits to assess soil health, crop conditions, and identify opportunities for hybrid corn adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, providing expert advice on hybrid corn seeds and best practices.
• Promote and sell hybrid corn seeds, demonstrating their benefits and addressing any concerns farmers may have.
• Leverage AgriSoft and FarmBeats to monitor crop performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with the agricultural team to develop and implement tailored crop management strategies.
• Attend trade shows, workshops, and other industry events to stay updated on the latest agricultural trends and technologies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and farmer engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
