In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless coordination between our network operations center and field technicians. Based in Jakarta Pusat, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our network performance and reliability.

As a Last Mile B2B Network Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our last-mile B2B network, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You'll work closely with our network operations center to ensure that our network is always up and running, and you'll be responsible for managing our network inventory and ensuring that we have the right equipment and supplies to meet our customers' needs.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end technical inventory management process for our access network infrastructure.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and processes to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Coordinate closely with the network operations center and field technicians to ensure seamless network operations.
• Manage and optimize our last-mile B2B network, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our network is always up and running.
• Manage our network inventory and ensure that we have the right equipment and supplies to meet our customers' needs.
• Monitor network performance and reliability, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network management, with a focus on last-mile B2B networks.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of network management tools and software, such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure, HP Network Node Manager, or similar.
• Certifications in network management, such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Certified Network Manager (CNM).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
