📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive the sales of Databricks Lakebase platform in the Japanese market.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide technical and product expertise to support sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to showcase Databricks solutions and network with potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on data management or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
  • Deep understanding of the data management industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese language is required.
  • Experience with Databricks products and technologies is a plus.
