As the frontline of our customer service and order management, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly. You'll also manage the entire order lifecycle, from processing to delivery, using our in-house system and third-party platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
• Manage the entire order lifecycle, including processing, packing, and shipping, using our in-house system and third-party platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia.
• Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide regular reports on customer feedback, order processing times, and inventory levels to the operations team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services, and drive sales.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and implement improvements to our processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Tokopedia is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
